At Pit Boss Grills, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
